About the Role
CodeMateRwa LTD is seeking an organized, reliable, trustworthy, and tech-aware Administrative & Operations Assistant to join our team in Kigali. In this key role, you will support daily company operations, project coordination, team follow-ups, financial record-keeping, and basic technical activities.

Key Responsibilities
Track ongoing projects, tasks, deadlines and deliverables.
Follow up with team members on assigned tasks and progress.
Monitor pending tasks and ensure important activities are not forgotten.
Assist management with daily planning, scheduling and follow-ups.
Coordinate communication between management, team members and clients when required.
Organize meetings, schedules, project information and company documents.
Maintain accurate company records, reports and documentation.
Handle and record company money, payments and basic financial transactions.
Keep proper records of expenses, payments and other financial activities.
Prepare simple reports on projects, finances and daily operations.
Support basic software and technical activities when required.
Understand and follow basic software development workflows.
Assist in coordinating projects from planning through delivery.
Help ensure projects stay organized and progress according to agreed timelines.
Maintain confidentiality of company, financial, project and client information.
Identify problems, delays or important issues and report them to management on time.
Support the day-to-day operations of CodeMateRwa LTD.
Take on other reasonable administrative and operational duties assigned by management.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in administration, operations, project coordination or a similar role.
Experience working in a technology, software or startup environment.
Familiarity with project-management and task-tracking tools.
Basic understanding of business operations and financial record keeping.
Previous experience coordinating people, tasks or projects.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or similar productivity tools.
